Women Building Futures is a non-profit that offers free training and support to women and gender-diverse people interested in careers in the skilled trades or transportation. Economic security for un- and underemployed women, a skilled workforce for industry—everyone wins. Past creative had army recruitment vibes, but we had enough audience research to theorize (correctly) that an invitation would go over better than a challenge. We went for warm, inspiring and resonant.
